Introduction
At Illumia, we’re committed to providing innovative solutions.
Consistent with this principle, we occasionally discontinue support for products that have surpassed their optimal lifespan and may pose risks to service levels or security. When products are retired, we offer a clear migration path to one of our next-generation solutions. To better serve you, we’re retiring CBORD Odyssey and shifting our focus to Quickcharge—our cloud-based platform designed for healthcare and corporate foodservice. Quickcharge combines POS, cashless payments, loyalty, self-ordering kiosk and mobile, kitchen order management, and digital signage in a single seamless platform.
To ensure a smooth transition, it’s important to be aware of Odyssey’s end-of-life dates and plan your migration in advance. By moving to Quickcharge now, you’ll avoid service disruptions and gain access to our latest innovations, ongoing support, and a future-ready platform designed to meet your evolving needs. Our team is here to guide you every step of the way.
