ACI functional specifications for OnGuard
- Customer (cardholder), credential (badge), door plan (access level) and customer defined fields (UDFs) are sent to OnGuard upon changes in TSE.
- OnGuard badges - provision up to two card formats (one mobile credential format and one plastic). Note that multiple credentials are allowed per cardholder i.e. phone, watch, and plastic card.
- Access Plans transmitted from TSE apply access levels to all active badges on the OnGuard record, maximum length of access plan name is 30 characters.
- Photo transmission is not supported currently.
