ACI functional specifications for OnGuard

  1. Customer (cardholder), credential (badge), door plan (access level) and customer defined fields (UDFs) are sent to OnGuard upon changes in TSE.
  2. OnGuard badges - provision up to two card formats (one mobile credential format and one plastic). Note that multiple credentials are allowed per cardholder i.e. phone, watch, and plastic card.
  3. Access Plans transmitted from TSE apply access levels to all active badges on the OnGuard record, maximum length of access plan name is 30 characters.
  4. Photo transmission is not supported currently.
