Making Reuse the New Normal
UNCW expanded the USEFULL program to incoming freshmen during fall semester orientation, integrating it into the student experience from the start. The goal is to ensure long-term cultural adoption of sustainable practices. Discussions are also underway to extend the program to retail dining operations, which constitute a significant portion of single-use waste on campus.
