To better serve you, we’re retiring CBORD Odyssey and shifting our focus to Quickcharge—our cloud-based platform designed for healthcare and corporate foodservice. Quickcharge combines POS, cashless payments, loyalty, self-ordering kiosk and mobile, kitchen order management, and digital signage in a single seamless platform.

To ensure a smooth transition, it’s important to be aware of Odyssey’s end-of-life dates and plan your migration in advance. By moving to Quickcharge now, you’ll avoid service disruptions and gain access to our latest innovations, ongoing support, and a future-ready platform designed to meet your evolving needs. Definitions for Odyssey Direct

  • End of Development: There is no software development after this date, including bug fixes and security updates.
  • End of Support: Illumia's support team will not guarantee long-term stability or extend warranties beyond this date. Support will continue to communicate platform outages, perform basic troubleshooting, and make attempts to help clients maintain stability until the end-of-life date.
  • End of Life: Illumia will remove hosted solutions from production. Companies will lose access to Odyssey Direct after this date.
