You can forecast aggregate product needs across all or a subset of locations by menu offering, or query by ingredient or vendor item to see what locations are buying.

Standards That Scale

Illumia understands that one size doesn’t fit all. The benefit of enterprise data inheritance does not limit your ability to meet the needs of your various locations.

For example, larger sites produce greater recipe yields, favor bulk pack sizes, and utilize pre-cut produce. Comparatively, small and specialty sites produce less and often buy whole produce to slice, dice, or chop as needed. Using robust override and substitution capabilities, the same enterprise recipe can be leveraged for both large and small sites without creating multiple variations for every yield and ingredient variation.
